Dunphail Distillery
The First Fill
March 2024
Dunphail Distillery, a former farmstead, sits in the beautiful Speyside region in Scotland. It’s a very traditional distillery with every stage of making whisky done on site, from traditional malting to milling and mashing in open topped wooden washsbacks. Then the distillation process in copper pot stills.
Three barrels were filled here in March 2024 on our first journey to Scotland.
